Agreement

By using PagePilot AI ("the Service"), operated by OPAL CONSULTING SERVICES (ABN 22 112 531 134), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

PagePilot AI is an AI-powered landing page generator. You describe your product, and our AI creates professional landing page content and HTML code. The Service includes a free tier (3 pages/month) and paid subscription plans.

Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted.

Payments & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in USD through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, consistent with Australian Consumer Law. Lifetime plans are one-time payments with no recurring charges.

Intellectual Property

Your content: You own everything you generate using PagePilot AI. The landing pages, copy, and HTML code created from your descriptions belong entirely to you. You may use them for any lawful commercial or personal purpose.

Our platform: The PagePilot AI name, logo, branding, website design, AI prompts, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the platform itself. The "Powered by PagePilot AI" badge on free-tier pages must not be removed without upgrading to a paid plan.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI is created algorithmically and provided "as-is." While we strive for high quality, AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not perfectly match your intent. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We are not liable for any claims arising from your use of AI-generated content.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the AI system. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
